Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. Tell us about your business and check the preview. We handle the technical setup and day-to-day management.
Can I just have the website?
Yes. The proposed website plan is £29/month. The AI receptionist and report are optional extras.
What if I already have a domain?
We can review your existing setup and arrange to connect it. You don’t need to buy another domain just to work with us.
How do I ask for a change?
Send your request to no bother and we’ll handle it. The included update allowance and turnaround will be agreed before you sign up.
What happens if I leave?
The proposed initial term is 12 months. We’ll agree the cancellation and handover arrangements in your contract, including moving domain management to you or your next provider.
How many receptionist minutes are included?
The allowance is still being worked out. We’ll confirm included minutes, call-handling features and any additional usage charges before taking an order.
